Single Barrel

Single barrel selection finished in port wine casks, each barrel offering unique characteristics. Roasted chestnuts, mulled wine and bitter orange on the nose give way to flavors of creme brulee, dark brown sugar, and grilled peaches on the palate. Long finish of graham cracker crust, burnt caramel, and a hint of black pepper.
