Single Barrel

In 2013, the Texas Legislature passed a law permitting Texas distilleries to begin selling their products to guests visiting the distillery property. To commemorate this milestone, Garrison Brothers introduced our Single Barrel Bourbon and began selling small quantities from our little gift shop in Hye, Texas. Garrison Brothers’ Single Barrel Bourbon is the embodiment of unique, authentic bourbon and arguably, the Holy Grail of Custom Craftsmanship. Each and every barrel has been tasted and deemed worthy of the Single Barrel program by Master Distiller Donnis Todd. Barrels selected for the program are a minimum of three years old and are chosen specifically for their superior and unique flavor profiles. Each Single Barrel is an individual—no two barrels are exactly alike! While one barrel may be complex and sweet, the barrel next to it could be robust with more spice. Our Single Barrels are the truest expression of handcrafted, authentic bourbon.
