Straight Bourbon (Wheated)

Wilderness Trail Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon is our flagship whiskey, born out of our burning desire to challenge traditional bourbon-making techniques. We crafted this distinctive bourbon with less corn and a higher percentage of “middle grains” to showcase the subtleties and nuances of grain flavor. Long story short, this bourbon is how we made a name for ourselves. When we launched it, it was the first bottled-in-bond wheated sweet mash bourbon released since Prohibition.
