To commemorate 10 years making some of the finest, award-winning, grain-to-glass spirits in the great state of New York, Jason Barrett, Founder & Master Distiller, has hand selected barrels of our oldest bourbon to date. Showcasing our classic Four Grain mash bill, each bottle is artfully blended from 6- and 7-year barrels aged right here in Rochester. Bottled at 110 proof in honor of our 10 years in the distilling business, along with 100 years of Jason’s family being in the button business. We invite you to raise a glass with us and cheers, to many more years! A limited quantity, sold in our tasting room only, come in a local artisan handcrafted wooden display piece.
Tasting Notes
Aroma
Sweet caramel and new oak on the nose with undertones of fig and earthy spice.
Palate
Rich on the tongue with a bright cherry sweetness giving way to hints of dry spice.
Finish
Smooth and easy finish with a soft sweetness on the exhale and long, lingering notes of maple sap.
