For this micro batch limited release, our Head of Whiskey chose to use gin barrels to finish the bourbon, delivering a fresh take on a classic. The resting barrels were toasted and charred American oak in which singular juniper botanical gin was aged for 7 – 12 months, imparting subtle botanical complexity within the whiskey. This is a balanced and deliciously unexpected pour that will truly pique any whiskey lovers interest.
