One half of the prestigious Redemption Ancients collection, this 18-year-old spirit is the start of a new chapter in the story of rye whiskey and its long-overdue revival. It is a graceful testament to the age-ability of rye. With a rye content of 95%, it was laid into barrels in 1998. When we opened them up, 18 years later, our love of rye found a new dimension. Powerful, complex, and delightful, its warmth brings forth a bright fruit taste that leads into a long, smooth finish. Bottled at cask strength, only 600 bottles comprise this extremely limited release. For those able to secure one though, the rewards are plentiful. This is a classic American rye whiskey.
