We're proud to announce the return of our Bottled in Bond Blue Corn Bourbon Whiskey. This winter release is a fan favorite, and with an additional year of aging, it might be even better. Represented by the winter crow, we employed blue corn to invoke the endless winter night sky.
Tasting Notes
Aroma
Subtle and inviting with notes of red berries, icing, grapefruit peel, cocoa, and shortcake.
Palate
Strawberry jam, tres leches cake, caramel candies, vietnamese coffee, and flamed orange peel.
Finish
Medium to long with notes of cherry cobbler, matcha green tea, white pepper, carmelized sugar and bubblegum.
